ProPoints Exercise

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong thread :) does any1 else exercise and not lose weight? My diet is 100%, I earn 40+ pp a week but don't eat any of them and still barely lose or the scales r up and down. I eat my 49 weeklies maybe it's that?

It's not even like I'm holding exercise water, muscle etc as iv always trained i feel like I might aswell not be dieting. Grr I hate the scales ha sorry rant over :)

Any help would be fab thanks x
 
A few people on here found that, one of the girls was told by her leader to eat half her AP along with all her weeklies and she started losing weight again so maybe you could try eating some of them and see how you go
