If u had a work out or even just went for a walk. Would u weigh more if u got on the scales after??
 
Maybe but I wouldn't know why unless it was raining ;), but it wouldn't be a realistic weight measurement anyway so I would't think about it. So many things allow us to fluctuate during the day it would drive us mad if we fixated on all the different things. The ideal would be once a week (though I admit I step on the scales every day, but always first thing in the morning in the same clothes - or lack of otherwise it isn't consistent).
 
I don't think I've ever weighed myself after exercise but surely it's possible that you might swell up a bit? I get so hot that surely I expand! And then I down a pint of water afterwards!
 
Yes. Exercised muscles take on water so they can get on with the business of making repairs (if you think about it, every time we exercise our muscles are slightly damaged - sometimes noticeably so (who hasn't ached after heavy exercise?).
