Exercising on Exante total Solution

Hi I started Exante over a week ago and I’m feeling great on it.
I’m just wanted to know what sort of exercise I could be doing? On a day to day basis I’m very busy as I have 4 kids ages 8,5,4 and 9 months so I do the school run morning and afternoon through the week. I also do the shopping but walk as I don’t like public transport so will pushing the pram with baby and shopping in it.
Then there’s the housework that seems to never be finished lol. So I’m pretty active but want to do something else.

I think it's sensible to build up slowly - as you are at a major calorie deficit. What would make you happy? Dancing with the kids to a youtube video - salsa, disco or whatever floats your boat. Trampolining at home? https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/get-active-your-way/ Swimming if there's a creche? French skipping with the kids. Getting on the play equipment with the kids - climbing, using the swing etc. Couch to 5k pushing the pram? Google getting fit as a mum. hi thank you for the reply. Those are lovely suggestions. I would love to do swimming but the ones with crèche are extremely expensive.
I have a trampoline in the garden but with my joint and back issues it would do more damage than good. I just wish I could wave a magic wand and not have any pain so I could do all the fun things with the kids.
I will look into the 5k one as I already do a lot of walking even though it agony. But my pram holds me up it’s like a Zimmer frame for me 😂
