Hi Everyone,

I've been doing well in my weight loss journey so far and im really pleased with the results, i feel and look so much better but my journey has only just started. So I've been doing ww successfully for 8 weeks now but i think its time to kick start some exersize aswell to help tone up and shift those lbs! I've done the gym thing and i hated it, I dont have any swimming near me and i've done every exersize dvd known to man! So I was thinking of getting up early and doing 40 minutes of exersize 5 times a week. I will start with walking, then kick it up a notch to jogging and finally running (using my mp3 player for distractions)... I feel confident just now but i dont know when my alarm goes early if i might hit the snooze button so i dont need to get up!

Has anyone else tried this? if so did it work or not?

Hi great weightloss well done

I didn't do any exercise for my 1st 4 weeks the brougt a second hand treadmill dud that 5 days a week for 4 weeks then added wii just dance 3 times a week 3 months in I started zumba then encreased classes gradually.

Next week I start bootcamp aren't looking forward to 6.15am start but my weightloss has slowed.
They say change your exercise every six weeks so if you find s mix that's good :) well done xxx

thanks :D I'm feeling really motivated just now so i will start it tomorrow (YES on a saturday! cos im working all weekend so im getting up early anyways) I'll let you all know how i get on! x
