Hi Everyone,
I've been doing well in my weight loss journey so far and im really pleased with the results, i feel and look so much better but my journey has only just started. So I've been doing ww successfully for 8 weeks now but i think its time to kick start some exersize aswell to help tone up and shift those lbs! I've done the gym thing and i hated it, I dont have any swimming near me and i've done every exersize dvd known to man! So I was thinking of getting up early and doing 40 minutes of exersize 5 times a week. I will start with walking, then kick it up a notch to jogging and finally running (using my mp3 player for distractions)... I feel confident just now but i dont know when my alarm goes early if i might hit the snooze button so i dont need to get up!
Has anyone else tried this? if so did it work or not?
