Exhuastion

I was wondering if this is normal. The last four days I have been completely exhausted. Just to calrify I don't work out of the home, got three children off on school hols. They are all a bit older, 6, 11 and 13 so I am not running round after them. I seem to be sleeping for about 3 to 4 hours in the afternoon and then about 8 to 10 hours at night as well and I still feel really tired. I am on about week 15 I think having lost 3 and a half stone. I have struggled to stay in abstinence but maintained my water intake. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and have done this since about week 2. I do a half hour circuit of resistance work and light CV. This last week I have also been doing two half hour sessions each day with the slendertone flex max ab belt. Anyone got any ideas? I feel dreadful:(

Hello. Perhaps you are doing too much exercise? You are getting at least one hour every day with Slendertone. You could ease off for a week or two and see how you go. Congrats on your loss so far, great going.:)

sorry to hear you're feeling soo tired. Lynn's idea to lay off the exercise is a good one.

Perhaps you're coming down with something? Best to speak to your counsellor at your next meeting or give her a call and see what she suggests?

Hope your'e feeling more 'with it' soon...

The amount of exercise you are doing is unlikely to be causing the exhaustion, I agree with Geri and wonder if you are coming down with something? The other possibility is, if you are struggling to stay abstinent, are you managing to get all your packs down so you are getting the nutrients you need?
