Exploding Lipotrim!

I have just made up a vanilla lipotrim with hot water in a shaker - Do not try this at home!!! As I went to shake it, the pressure inside the shaker blew the lid off and covered me in hot water and blobs of undissolved Lipotrim!

I have now made up a new shake in a glass with a whisk instead. Very nice.

Ah yes..........I did this before........best to use a blender to smooth the shake if hot rather than shake the shake !!! LOL

a spoon of coffee is lovely as well.
