Expressing not breast feeding, do I need extra healthy extras

and if so, how many?

My son is 3 months old and i express about 16oz a day and then the rest he has is formula.

Has anyone got any experience of this rather than exclusively breast feeding and whether I should be having any additional he's?

Hi ya, I would think it would be the same as breastfeeding and starting to ween. So that would be 3 healthy extras preferably a's.
