0% fat plain yogurt with blueberries, raspberries & strawberries
Lunch cucumber, carrot batons, 6 cherry tomatoes, 2 slices wholemeal toast (hexb) with tuna & sweetcorn mixed with fat free fromage frais, 3 light babybels (hexa)
Snack apple & blueberries
Dinner carrot, parsnip, leek, potato Aldi soup mix with wholewheat penne pasta & Quorn chicken pieces cooked in tinned chopped tomatoes, garlic & bouillon
followed by fry's chocolate cream bar (10 syns)
Snack fat free fromage frais with strawberries, raspberries & blackberries
Drinks​ 2 litres no added sugar squash

Breakfast 2 mangoes & 1 orange
Snack 1 orange & 1 apple
Lunch cucumber, carrot batons, 3 cherry tomatoes, baked beans & 3 scrambled eggs
Snack 1 orange
Dinner tin of Baxters favourites chicken broth (hexb), jacket potato with dollop of fat free fromage frais, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, 3 light mini babybels (hexa)
fry's chocolate cream bar (10 syns)
Drinks​ 2 litres no added sugar squash & can of diet coke
 
Day 9 ***WEIGHED IN FIRST THING THIS MORNING AND WAS 10 stone 4.0 SO HAVE GAINED :( IS IT TOO EARLY ON TO WORRY YET? REALLY LOVE THE PLAN SO HOPE IT WORKS FOR ME******

Snack banana & 2 sharon fruits
Lunch 2 slices wholemeal toast (hexb), spaghetti hoops, mush peas, 3 light mini babybels (hexa), 0% fat yogurt with strawberries, raspberries, banana, 1 tbsp honey (2.5 syns)
Dinner long grain rice with carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, mushy peas, red pepper, Twirl bar (11.5 syns)
Snack banana
Drinks​ 3 litres no added sugar squash

Thank you, went from 10 st 3.2 to 10 st 4 :( I was disappointed but just kept going and intend to carry on as I'm loving the plan so much, it's so nice to not feel hungry lol!

Breakfast grapefruit, orange, banana, 5 strawberries & 1 sharon fruit
Snack apple
Lunch
long grain rice with leftover veg from previous day and added courgette & brussels sprouts, 3 light mini babybels (hexa)
Dinner
2 slices wholemeal toast (hexb) with sardines (in water) added tomato puree, 5 cherry tomatoes, brussels sprouts, Twix (14 syns)
Snack
Orange, apple & cup of bovrilDrinks 2 litres no added sugar squash
 
Ok so have not logged food diary on here for a while but do still log it on good old fashioned notepad which I carry in my bag. Delighted to report that last weigh in was down to 9 stone 11.4 :) Woohoo!
