Extra Easy Extra easy...help please

Im just going into my 3rd week of slimming world and so far lost 6lb, would like to try an extra easy day, but to be honest im a little scared im gonna do it wrong...could someone please have a look at what im planning to eat, and tell me if this is ok ...

Breakfast - Poached eggs, mushrooms , beans



Lunch - Beans on toast using 2 pieces of ww bread ( heb)



Tea - Smoked haddock, cabbage, new potatoes, peas/beans.



Snacks

Laughing cow cheese (hea)
Muller light yoghurt.
banana
grapes
strawberries.

Yup looking good! If you want some ideas, have a look at the food diary section. There are a few of us on here (myself included) that do the EE plan.
