Ive got a weight loss diary as well, but Im going to do my food here each day as well. Keeping it separate.

B - 2 slices Aldi wholemeal thins (2 syns as dividing HeB today & the 2nd slice was only 22g), 2 Laughing Cow Light Blue Cheese triangles(½ Hea), ORANGE.
L - Naked Noodles Singapore Curry, 1 scan bran chocolate muffin (having another one later - 2= 1/2 HeB), (1.5 syns), STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, PEAR, pineapple, toffee/salted caramel quark.
S - syn free hummus, CARROT STICKS, grapes, HiFi Rocky Road (3 syns), grapes.
D - salmon, large portion MIXED VEG, baby potatoes.
S - Freddo Caramel (4.5 syns), SATSUMAS, other muffin with quark, CARROTS.
Milk for tea & coffee - 125ml - ½ HeA.
TOTAL SYNS - 11

S - grapes, Rocky Road Bar (1/2 HeB), Caramel Freddo (4.5), Ringos (3.5), satsumas.

D- pork chop, cauli, green beans, Pasta with "cheesy" garlic sauce, (1/2 HeA)
S-chopped fruit, lemon quark, Rocky Road Bar (1/2 HeB), Freddo Caramel (4.5),Teddy faces (4.5), satsumas.
TOTAL - 10
 
Fleck.... Weigh day.... And I turned it into an "eat rubbish" day. Down 1.5lbs though in 5 days!
B- scone, butter, jam
Inbetween - 2 slices toast, butter & marmalade, small aero mint, bag Ringos.
D- beef stew with loads of speed
S- another aero bar and a bloody crunchie, and a bag of pom bears. Grrr.
TOTAL - million gazillion....
But back on plan tomorrow!
