Extra Easy Help....

I have tried Slimming World on two previous occasions and have found success both times, but have unfortunately hit stages where I have fallen off the wagon.

I am looking to get back onto doing it again but am interested in doing the Extra Easy plan this time, because as far as I can gather it is not as restrictive as the Green and Red day plans can sometimes be. The only problem that I have is that I am struggling to understand the restrictions with this plan to stop it becoming ineffective by being able to eat types of foods that would have been free from both Green and Red days respectively.

Any help with explaining this to me would be massively appreciated.

You need a third super-free (most fruit and veg) in every meal for portion control. Have a look at the sticky called something like 'advice for newbies' to give a full run down of EE. Good luck!
