Extra Easy my way

Tired now. Should be used to working 20 hours out of 30 but it doesn't get any easier, but at least I don't have to do any more until midday on Tuesday.

been shopping and bought the extra fruit n veg that i needed, forgot the Alpen lights tho so will have to go without.

didn't get up till 11am so no breakfast today. will maybe have a couple of boiled eggs later.

Another restart today @86.3 - not too bad a gain from when i last posted.

I now have a goal in sight - to reach target by September 2013 when we go on a cruise to celebrate our ruby wedding. It's all booked and it seems soooo far away, but it gives me 16 months to lose 16.3kg plus a bit extra if i feel its needed, so if I can't lose 1kg (2.2lbs) a month then I will have monumentally failed.
