Lovely day today, went out early to the garden centre to get some big pots for the blueberry bushes that i bought, can't see anywhere if blueberries are speed or superspeed but hey ho DH eats more of them than i do.

had a really painfull weekend with muscle spasms which made lying down very painfull, so have had loads of heavy duty pain relief, Stayed on plan tho.
