Extra Easy: New to SW in NZ

Hi all

I'm just starting out on SW in Auckland, NZ. Anyone else here in NZ that can suggest any alternative free/low syn foods as a substitute for UK products not available here?

Hi,
I am also in NZ, and am just two days in with starting to try and follow SW again.
I moved out here 7 and a half years ago, but lost 3 stone on SW in England about 8 or 9 years ago (have put it all back on now, and more!!! :sigh: )

I am just using the lowest fat natural yogurt I can find as free, but won't go mad with it. Wish we had an alternative to Quark here...any ideas???

Hopefully, since you posted in April, you've been managing to follow SW successfully, and maybe you could give me some tips on NZ alternatives for Free foods that have worked for you, and ideas on Syn values for NZ products.
