Extra easy or red???

Thoughts please? What do people find the best? X

I only do ee as i find there Is Alot less weighing and measuring and it gita in with my family i love my fruit and veg and like to have meat and carbs together so it works for me also i find it easier to make meals to suit the whole family inc my toddler
 
I tend to lose slightly more quickly on red weeks but feel like i am more on a diet as it is more restrictive. Ee works brilliantly so i stick to that most of the time only really having red days if i feel i need a boost.
