I notice that not so many breakfast cerials are listed on the HB section..does that mean we can only have the ones stated on EE ?

Don't think it is to be honest - Im sure I read that they put the most popular HexA&Bs in the EE book but everything that was a Hex on the standard plan is still a Hex on EE. I had walnuts as a HexB last week even though they aren't in the EE book I just used the amount from the standard book.

I have also been eating Pasta & Sauce etc but adding extra veg or having lots of fruit afterwards and it seems to be working so far!
