Extra Easy query

Hi Guys,
I am reading my EE book and i am puzzled....
Do i have to have both green and red food with each meal or could i for instance have:
B - cereal with milk
L - Jacket Potato with Baked Beans and a side salad
D - Chicken breast, SW Chips and veg?

Does it matter that my lunch is green?
I think if i can answer this i am going to try my luck with EE for the rest of the week!

You do 2/3 of your meal red and green and 1/3 superfree. I think each meal has to follow that rule :) x

I have green/superfree lunches more often than not and have had good losses.

yes you can do that, you can do anything you want to! its that easy!!!
with regards to filling your plate with superfree foods it can speed up your losses but you dont HAVE to!
for tea i had smash potato cakes (my own concoction!) ham, egg and beans!! all free!!!
just dont forget you only get one a and one b!!!
