Extra Easy question (Again)

    Still getting my head around this...is it okay to have only green stuff for lunch, i.e. today I plan to have a <1% fat mug shot for lunch, and for tea Im gonna have fish fillet, potatoes and salad. Is it ok to do this? Or do i need to have Superfree foods in every meal??!

    that looks fine to me - the main thing to remember is that it's ONE HEA and ONE HEB on an EE day.

    You can have super free food if you want with every meal but it isn't compulsary x

    I certainly don't have Superfree foods with every meal - I don't have them that often to be honest, and I'm still losing weight!

    Eat whatever you like, in whatever combination, at whatever time as long as it's low in syns and as was said above, only one A and B choice :)
