I have never done an ex easy day before but am planning one for tomorrow, could anyone tell me if the following would be ok,
Brekkie, 2 mugs tea, kippers, poached egg.
Dinner, gammon, sw chips, eggs, (maybe beans depends on oh)
snacks, fruit, fat free yogs.
Supper, (maybe)pasta salad, rice.
HEX skimmed milk, 5 brazil nuts.
Any help would be great thanx.:confused:

Looks tasty!!

One thing I would say is you should have 1/3 of each of your meals as superfree foods when you're doing EE. I think you need more fruit n veg to bulk out!!
