Any red or green free food is free on EE
Fill your plate with one third of superfree foods - veg (not peas, sweetcorn, potatoes, parsnips) and fruit are the superfree foods
Try to snack on superfree foods
FF yoghurts, Fromage frais, eggs, quark, quorn are all free (but not superfree)
Have one A choice and one B choice (B choices do not include cheese or nuts/seeds)
Have 5 - 15 syns a day.

Lol, I know im being stupid but for example could I have as a meal:

SW Chips - unlimited of
Pork chop of any weight but with fat cut off
& veg - from the superfree list of course and 1/3 of the plate.

Or would I have to be careful with the amounts I eat of the chips and pork?

Just wanted to add, if you don't have the new book, when synning food take the lower syn values.

For the chops and chips, my consultant says eat as much as you need to feel satisfied but not stuffed.
