are the sharwoods egg noodles free on extra easy and the 2min microwave uncle bens rice is it free?

The Sharwoods noodles are free on EE, and the rice is free on EE if it's plain. If flavoured, it may be syned but let us know the flavour.

Uncle Ben's Express Rice in microwaveable pouches are not free, even the plain ones, because to make them work in the microwave they have a certain amount of oil on the rice, to keep it separate.

Long Grain Rice is 1 syn for a 250g pouch (these values are all for Green and EE)
Wholegrain Rice is 3 syns
Basmati Rice is 2 syns
Long Grain and Wild Rice is 1 syn

The flavoured ones range from2 to 6 syns.

The Tilda ones tend to be a little higher than the Uncle Bens.

The dried Sharwoods noodles are free on EE and Green, but the microwave and "ready to wok" ones are synned.
