    This week I am going to have a go at Extra Easy - does this mean I can any A or B (red and green day) section from the SW book or can I only choose from the orange section of the Food Optimising booklet?

    I'm confused already..... :cry:

    1/3 of your plate must be full of the Orange pages that say "Superfree". Then the rest of your plate you fill up with Free stuff from the Green and Red pages.

    You can have 2 healthy extras a day - one A and one B.

    The instructions are on page 5 - extra Easy is number 1.

    Well, I did it - I managed my 1st stone weight loss!
