First, sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldnt really make up my mind which one is best.
Was just wondering what peoples thoughts are on oduble carbs in a day on EE, i.e pasta for lunch and pototo with dinner?
I am currently trying to stick to with one meal so if i had pasta for lunch I may just have salmo with LOADS of roasted veg for dinner but not sure if i need to be restriction myself as much on this?
