Extra Lean Ground Beef/Mince

What cut of beef are these coming from? In the US, the leanest we get is ground round or ground sirloin. I believe it is 90% lean. How lean is ground beef/mince in the UK?

I think the leanest mince here is 5% fat it can be hard to find in the supermarket and its usually double the price.

go to a butchers and buy a joint ( ask him which is the leanest ), get him to trim all the fat off and then mince it.. job done..

I normally buy a piece of very lean shoulder steak and have it minced,,,,,,,cheap and good.
