how yummy does this sound?

Butter Pecan Ice CreamFast Start 3 oz water
1-2 ice cubes, crushed
1 srv Cambridge FFL Vanilla Drink
1/2 tsp Maple Extract
1/2 tsp Coconut Extract
Dash nutmeg

In blender mix water and ice with extracts for a few seconds. Add Cambridge FFL Vanilla and blend for 15-20 seconds. Add a dash of nutmeg for added flavor. Savor the rich, creamy texture!

I think in the states they have something called 'Cambridge Food For Life' ..but couldn't tell you anything else about it

i work on the rule of thumb that if it aint in the book, it aint allowed! It sucks but its not forever!
Maybe one to save for maintenance!
