Extremely dissapointed this week.

Hi, I'm on a new diet, i've been doing it for 4 weeks, 1st week i lost 3 lb, 2nd,3lb, 3rd 5 lb and now i just weighed myself and I haven't lost anything this week.

I have worked out 5 times, between 1 hr and 1 and a half hours, i have eaten the same type of food as i did in the previous weeks, I have drank between 1 and a half and 2 litres of water a day and eaten a lot of fruit, I just don't understand why the scales haven't budged this week.

I'm still 2 stone overweight so shouldn't have reached a plateau yet. I'm very dissapointed to sy the least.
