    Hi Everyone :)

    My names Cheryl and I am extremely new to this site. Had a search on google and this forum popped up so thought I'd give it a try :)

    I am currently a dieter hoping to lose 7 stone or so and I am in need of some good suggestions on how to lose weight!

    Any great suggestions will do, I find it hard to stay motivated so anything anyone can do to help will be much appreciated.

    Hi Cheryl!
    I'm new to this site too (a few days ago!) Unfortunately, i'm not new to dieting. Back on weight watchers again after losing weight for my wedding last year. Any idea which diet your gonig with? Or are you just healthy eating? x

    well im just trying the healthy eating at the moment, did try weight watchers last year but I lost motivation. I am very easily distracted which is why I felt I needed some support :) I am happy for some suggestions, is weight watchers any good? I see from the adverts they have changed there points system.

    So how are you doing so far with your diet? has it worked for you? x

    I only re-started last week and had a 3.5lb loss so i'm going to give it a few weeks before deciding if i like it! If not i'll go back to the old points. I just need to go somewhere for support as i'm not good doing it myself. The new way is definately making me go for healthier options x

    My friend cut down on her eating a couple of years ago and she went down about 2 dress sizes. That was after 5 kids. She's pregnant again but will be doing it again after the babies born in March.

    Welcome, go with a food diary! Write it down, every morsel and you will soon get in the swing of it. Plus it's free, well just the cost of a notebook!
