I lost 4 pounds this week - got weighed last night Tuesday! It was my first WI. I'm so thrilled - it's onwards and upwards! Can't believe how much I ate as well. I think exercise has really helped.
great loss well done just dont let the drive of having a good first week go , im due my first weigh in this tuesday coming so hope to have as good as a loss as you it'll take me under the 14st mark that d make my day xxx
