Fallen off plan!

Hello all,

I have been really bad this week - had a bit of a stressful week, and stress makes me NOT eat!

I'm a daily weigher, and earlier on in the week was looking great, but as my appetite came back, I have only eaten on plan, but weighing much more than earlier on in the week.

Basically, I just need a kick as I don't want this to carry on, and I want to be back on plan.

try not to use scales unless it is your weigh in day, it leads to false losses and can lead you into believing the wrong result.

you have to decide why you want to loose the weight, write off the start of the week and go back to writing down everything you have eaten, you will be surprised by the results, there is many of a time that i thought that all was lost, went back to basics and managed a loss when it should have been a gain!
