Faltered

After a hellish weekend I did what I needed to at the time and reached for some comfort food, I didn't actually enjoy it and only ate half. Feel a bit guilty as I was doing so well, but I see it as one little blip and wil put it behind me. Xx
 
Don't beat yourself up we all have blips you just need to put it past you and get straight back on the diet + make sure it doesn't happen again :) keep strong don't let this destroy how far you have come
 
Well I stayed the same, thought I would lose a but but I suppose my body was holding onto the little bits of did I have it! have a god weekend all, god luck with your losses! Xx
