Well done you!! You're doing fab!!
A very fitting thread title me-thinks!!
I weigh myself every day (helps keep me motivated!!) The lowest weight I ever remember seeing in my adult life is 15st 13lbs. This morning I hopped on the scales... 15st 12lbs. I could cry!! It's not official of course, but YAY!!
Well done Girlies u r all doing great x keep up the good work and hope u all have a lovely weekend xx
good morning all.
@sasha: wonderful loss. well done. heres to another great week.
@rhibro: thats great hun. must feel awesome to be smaller than u remember being in the past. its gonna be a while until i feel such an achievement as ive been really big for a long long time. u will soon have dropped into the 14's
i weighed in on wednesday but had no internet (grrrr at virgin media ).
anyway, i lost 7lbs which im extremely happy with.
1lb away from a stone and a half now. still a longgggg way to go but im confident i will never be this weight again.
ive decided to go on a chocolate tetra only diet.
ive found that i enjoy the choc tetras more than every other shake so i did a few days of just them and i dont know why but i found the diet itself so much easier when only drinking tetras.
i dont know if it is because they fill me up more, perhaps just cause i prefer the taste and really enjoy them or perhaps its just psychological but either way it is obviously the right thing for me to do... unless i start to feel really bored with them , in which case i will add more variety.
look at me rambling on. lol anyone still actually reading this? lol
have a great day everyone and gl to those weighing in today.
thanks cheryl, l do choc tetra only as well( l freeze them , take out 20min before eating yum ) and a peanut crunch bar with coffee when little one's in bed
OOOO can you freeze them? I didn't know that! how do they taste?
Well, its Friday again and mines a bit different today, normally its my day without my little man and the OH is only off one friday a month so don't even really see her on a Friday! but today I've got Little Man home, still so poorly after his emergency trip to the hospital that he's laid up on the sofa watching Mr Bloom (Cbeebies show for those of you lucky enough to not have to watch Cbeebies!), he tells me that he is too poorly to eat proper food but apple juice, cookies and ice-cream seem to be doing the trick well enough!
As a serial weigher I weigh myself every day and over the last couple of days it hasn't seemed to move !! Its my fourth week on Cambridge (second week on SS) and I've been 100% definitely since starting SS... I don't know...I suppose the body works in mysterious ways!
Good luck to all who have WI today and well done to everyone for there losses!

hi emma,
u can freeze the tetras but not recommended to freeze the powder shakes.
with tetras make sure u allow 20-30 minutes after removing it from the freezer as they come out really solid but soften to an ice cream texture within 30 minutes. taste wise, they have always reminded me of mini milk. they are really nice.
when i have them i usually make some jelly ( gelatine and water flavouring with food colouring, and water ) and have my own jelly and ice cream.
