OMG :happy036: This diet seems to be working, 6lbs off after 5 days. I seem to be finding it quite easy and the good loss spurs me on. it goes to show if you stick to something 100% it works

Day 3 was the worst for me, I have just done day 6 and feel great, even managed to get to the gym

Yeah day 3 always horrible for me either.. But I managed to stay 100% day 4 now
