FAO All girlies - Taking Supplements with CD

hi,

Just thought i'd ask a quick question to all the girlies.

I've usually always taken Evening Primrose Oil to stop the dreaded boob ache around TOTM. I've just bought some more today, and wondered if you knew if it was okay to take this on CD?

I'm not sure either but I also take it along with folic acid, don't think it will make a massive difference??? Maybe someone else will know?

my cdc told me if I was already taking stuff then it was okay. I take 5 htp for my lovely mood swings and anixety! with no ill effect ont he diet, but best to check with your own cdc!

i would love to know this also, as iv started taking sea kelp to help speed my metabolic rate.

I have taken evening primrose oil as I was taking it before at totm but my totm has been all over the place basically for most of the 12 weeks I have been on SS and it's been OK.

5 htp are also a weigh loss supplement, so guess kind of the same thing?
