Just my twopenceworth..
I think its a good idea to tell those who cheated (and I am and can be a guilty one
) that although its a cheat, its best not to dwell on it. I see lots of posters on here dwelling that they ate an odd biscuit or piece of meat.
Personally when I respond to a 'help I cheated' post I give standardised advice about drinking lots of water, moving away from the food and moving on with the diet.
I'm not one for mushy stuff although as a 'seasoned' VLCD'er I know and understand how hard it is. I also know you can get past cheats and succeed if being slim is something you really want,,,

I just wanted to admit that I cheated a bit today (only 2nd time in 7 weeks) and Howdy's advice is just what I needed. I made the choice to put the food in my fat gob so can't blame anyone or anything else. I've drawn a line under it now and refuse to sabbotage my own success again. Thanks Howdy!
