    I've started the day with a piece of SW quiche for breakfast!
    I've since been outside *faints* and cleaned the downstairs windows!
    Am re-reading my Food Optimising book and drinking lots of water.
    I still can't quite believe how quickly the weight can go back on if you're not careful - that was quite a shock, to be honest (I have gained before but never more than 2lbs)...
    An omelette with savoury rice and bacon for lunch, I think, with a muller light for afters, then some grapes as a snack later perhaps.
    We're off to do the weekly shop this evening, so I can make sure the kitchen is stocked with goodies for the rest of the slimming week!
