I saw it on here somewhere

I made up using 100ml of boiling water some perpermint tea, I added a sweetner and let it cool, when cold I poured it into a jug and added the rest of the cold water to make it upto 240ml, then added the choc shake bit by bit and whisked up untill all lumps had gone.

Voila - Mint choc!! And it was scrummy, so scrummy in fact I am going to have it again tonight!
