HI GUYS I AM DOIN BRILL...U WILL BE WELL IMPRESSED, BEEN ON FF SINCE THURSDAY MY DAUGHTER HAD HER 8TH BIRTHDAY PARTY YESTERDAY AND I STILL STUCK TO IT, NOT EVEN A BIT OF CAKE:girlpower:....THEN MY FAMILY HAD AN INDIAN LAST NIGHT AND I HAD FRESH SALMON AND NEW POTATOES..GOOD OR WHAT!!!!:p:D:D:D. You sound so positive - keeep going.
I have had the programmes for a while now just 2 things I am not sure about:
Unit allowance - how did you work out yours?
Is is ok to repeat the menus? Looking at the programme there are things I don't like/eat so could I have the same things on several days?
I am going to start it on Wednesday if I maintain again this week.
Let us know how you get on and good luck for the remainder of the week.
