Fat & Bloated

needs more willpower!
Next week will be my 4th week on SW diet. I've lost 5lb so far which i know isn't a lot but i don't want to lose too much. But this past week i've felt so fat and bloated and horrible. I haven't really changed anything apart from im properly having my HEB's, which i wasn't before. I'm not due on so i don't understand why. I haven't put any weight on but im definatley not going to lose any this week. Feeling really down about it. Below is a typical day for me, would anyone like to point out where im going wrong? I know i need to eat more fruit and veg though!! x

Breakfast
- 28g Puffed Wheat + 2 dark Ryvita - HEB

- Skimmed milk - HEA

Snack
- Banana (a giant one!)

Lunch
- Homemade tomato & bean soup
- 2 Ryvita dark - HEB
- Activia fat free vanilla yogurt

Tea
- Homemade curry (chickpeas, potatoes and sauce) - 5 syns??
- 1 Alpen light bar - 3 syns
- 1 Chupa Chups lolly - 2.5 syns

Syns Total - 10.5 syns
 
How much water are you drinking? I can always tell when I'm not drinking enough water as I feel very fat and bloated.
 
Could be beans and chickpeas! They make me very windy :eek:
 
That doesn't sound like enough water. I'm a teacher and I usually get through 1 750ml bottle during an hour lesson.
 
I drink a lot more using bottles. Even at home I never have a glass of water. One shelf in our fridge is full of bottles of water that we just refil from the tap.
 
i never drink water :0,in my cuppas yeah but thats it,oh tell a lie i bought a bottle of sparking water and took me a few days to get through it then i think my 8 year old helped me lol,Is it the week before your period cause thats when i feel bloated and gain weight not the actual period week
 
could be,ya know ive sat on my till today and ive had cramps in my tummy all day and i dunno if its cause im due on or if i need a good old fart cause ive eaten oaty bars and alpen lights this week lol
