fat free cheese

Britmum posted a arecipe for moussaka and one of the ingredients was fat free soft cheese. Anyone know of one apart from Quark?

I made that recipe, but i made it again using fromage frais instead of the quark as I couldnt get hold of any and it turned out quite well.

In the USA we can get lots of different not only low fat but fat free cheeses... I would imagine its the same for Britmum as she is in Canada....

Fat free soft cheese is pretty much the same as quark. So just use the quark if you can get it

. You could possibly even use blended fat free cottage cheese (although I haven't tried it with that)
