Fat + heat = ?

Hey ladies

What do you wear in this weather? I wore black trousers today and was dying! How can I look smart but feel cool whilst covering up unsightly areas?!

What type of trousers were they? Could you go with a pair of linen trousers? Nice and cool and smart-ish looking

Black trousers are probably the worst thing! lol,
i live in leggings & summery little dresses, bright colours with cardies and sandals/flip flops

I put on a midi dress today but within 10 mins I got the chaffing on my legs which was enough to spur me on today, linen trouser are good as nice and cool but cover you up x

There's no better incentive to stick to CD than this weather... I'm so glad I started when i did and i'm over two stone down... because there's nothing worse than worrying about what to wear - and then nearly passing out in the heat because we are wearing black trousers! It's madness!!

Come on girlies... positive thinking - hopefully this will be a long summer so we've still got time to shift some of this weight!!
