I decided to put everything on FitDay - online food journal and found that my fat content was almost 64% of my diet, and this shot up right after i put in the 3 tablespoons of olive oil that i had today. should i worry about this?
all my fat mainly come from olive oil/extra olive oil, and about 1 tablespoon of butter. hope to hear from someone for reassurance!! xxx
