Fat limit?

Hi everyone :)

I decided to put everything on FitDay - online food journal and found that my fat content was almost 64% of my diet, and this shot up right after i put in the 3 tablespoons of olive oil that i had today. should i worry about this?

all my fat mainly come from olive oil/extra olive oil, and about 1 tablespoon of butter. hope to hear from someone for reassurance!! xxx

That sounds about right - you want percentage of calories as approx
Fat 60-70
Protein 30-35
Carbs 5-10

All depends what phase you are in. Eat fat to lose fat:)

Ok thanks a lot :) i was also wondering what percentage of dietary fibre should i aim for? right now it's looking at about 3g for the whole day! :confused:

Sorry - havent really been looking at fibre values. But from a healthy insides pespective it's important to have a very good serving of leafy greens every day not just salad. Plus i recommend half a mim per day in the first few months to keep you regular while your body adjusts - anyway they are yummy:)
