Fat to fab diary & ramblings

Hi Shanny,

Im loving cc! ive come to realise that i can eat what i like but less of it than i would used too and in moderation, to keep it under 1200 calories.

I am slowly adding in more excercise, walking more & going to the gym and i love it.

By the way congratulations on your weight loss xxx

Toast x2 (160) Philladelphia (40) Bacon (100)

Lunch
Nandos plain chicken pitta (415) spicy rice (200) Garlic bread (50)

Snack
Mini milk (30)
Crisp bakes (120) Philladelphia (40)

Total = 1155

For my height & weight, and to lose 2lb a week i have calculated that i need no more than 1145 calories a day, so from now on my total intake will be 1000 calories, hopefully this is manageable! xx
 
I am trying to up my exercise, have just got a gym membership which includes gym, all fitness classes and all swimming/classes so i should definitely make sure i get my moneys worth :)

Total = 1075 (just under, phew!)

Excercise = 45 minutes aqua aerobics

Dinner
nandos (last time i promise ;) ) Plain chicken pitta (415) rice (200)

Total = 1065
 
Forgot to mention weigh in day yet again, lost 2lb! quite happy with that, slow & steady wins the race! :) xx

Hi again well done 2 lbs off yep make use of the gym hun, im telling myself that fitness is a permament part of my life now. ha xx
 
Just wondering what you drink through the day?
I drink flavoured water and vimto, dont do tea and coffee!
So i guess they will have to be included in my calories!

I suppose i should include them really! I either drink water, diet coke or sugar free squash so very few calories really xx
 
I couldnt believe that in a quarter of a big bottle of volic strawberry water there is 50 cals!!
Yet in tescos own big bottle of strawberry water theres only 1 cal in each quarter! I'm stickin with tesco's!
Vimto will have to be my treat as its full of sugar lol x x

The tescos definitely seems like a better option, & probably cheaper than the volvic aswell!

I know that my dinner has lots of calories, but it proves that you can still eat what you want as long as you have less! The yummiest dinner ever! & doesnt feel like your on a diet at all!

Total so far = 1145 (150 calories over today but not worrying so much having been to the gym!)

Excercise = 1 hour at the gym, 400 calories burned
