    Diet:
    No diet just running and weight training.
    my weight seems to change...

    one minute its at 12, then it goes to 12.5...2 weeks ago it was just under 13, now its just over 12...

    but could anyone guess how much of my weight is fat?...my friend said 3 stone of me is fat.

    ive not got a huge build, but i did work out when i was younger in my arms so i got a bit of muscle there.
