I started slim and save today on the lifestyle plan, my start weight is 15 stone 4 my heaviest I have ever been. I've decided if I don't lose the weight now I never will..... I'm one of these people that starts a diet Monday and come Monday afternoon it is out of the window with some excuse or another..... I'm hoping the all or nothing approach works well. My aim is to lose 6 stone by Christmas, I have a fab dior dress hanging in my wardrobe that was brought for me for my 21st by my dad who sadly passed away, he spent a fortune on it as I was sooo in love with it (and still am) my aim is to get into it!
So far this morning I've had a muesli bar and 2 cups of green tea, for lunch I'm planning on a shake probably the crispy choc one and then the spicy spaghetti for tea!
I'm going to keep a diary, to keep me spurred on.... And will keep updated with my weight loss.... First goal is to get through the first week xx
