Congratulations to you both hun, she is beautiful. How is your spd.

Not brilliant but better. It still grinds with every step but the pain is nowhere near as bad. Labour was awful though, every contraction I had just spasmed (sp?) through my pelvis. I did end up having an epidural (forceps delivery) which was something I'd worried about but it was bliss when it finally worked and for the 1st day postnatal lol.
I've only had to use my crutches once and pain is relieved with paracetamol so I'm not rattling anymore. Hope you get your date soon and things improve just as quickly for you x
