I have finally got on to CD after messing about for a while. I am on day 3 and feel great for being 100%, no saboutage this time, hip hip!!!!

It is funny how things can suddenly just click in to place, and sunday was the day for me.

Well, yesterday was fine, although I did have to lay on the kitchen floor after feeling faint, all recovered now, lol.

Feeling really good.
