Ive been concentrating to fat and calorie levels, less than 70g fat and 20gs sat fat, and have always been under. and my calorie allowence is 1800 a day, and have never gone over, yet the scales are showing a gain of almost 2lbs since wednesday morning. I been walking, aerobics and wii fit since then, so I really dont get it. I came off of CD as I was struggling and wanted food, but I also wanted a diet where I wasnt going to lose one week, gain the next, because that makes me feel that Im never getting anywhere. I know I have 5 whole days before I weigh again, but now I feel I have even extra to lose. Don't really know what to do.
