Slimming for my children
Well I keep saying it and now its only 8 months to my wedding! But I HAVE to loose it now! 8 months is nothing compared to the weight I have to loose. I order my dress in Jan/feb and I ideally would like to have gotten back to 14 stone something and at the moment I am 16 stone something.
I will weigh when I start which will probably be 2nd Jan as I can then have the first week getting back on the diet.
I will plan a week or so ahead so that I know what I am eating.
I know this is an early diary as I dont start till next week but I thought I would start it and come back to it.
I do shift work so I will not have much time to come here every day!
but i'll do it this time I WILL!

Friday 2nd Jan:-

Green day

Breakfast:- Weetabix x2 (hexb) Milk (hexa) sweetner

Lunch:- Jacket potatoe with cheese (hexb) and beans.

Dinner:- X2 quorn minted lamb steaks, with sw chips and beans

Snacks:- muller and mugshots
 
Saturday 3rd Jan:-

I am on nights tonight so it will be a bit weird.

Green day


Breakfast:- SW chips, egg omlette and spaghetti

Lunch:- Green giant soup and cous cous cake.

Dinner:- x2 weetabix (hexb) milk (hexa) Sweetner

Snacks:- muller and mugshots?

Normally I only have two meals when i am on nights as I am too tired when i come home so I may not stick to this.
I think I will write up a weeks worth and then tick off if i have stuck to it!
 
Sunday 4th Jan:-

Green day

Breakfast:- Weetabix(HEXB) Milk (HEXA) Sweetner


Lunch:- Chicken (hexb) Potatoes, sweetcorn, broccoli, carrots, x2 yorkshire puds (4syns) gravy (2syns) Parsnips, Honey (2syns)

Dinner:- Pasta sauce and cheese (HEXA)



 
Monday 5th Jan:-

Green day


Breakfast:- porridge (hexb) Milk (hexa) sweetner, honey (2syns) rasins (1syn)

Lunch:- Pasta home made sauce and cheese (hexb)

Dinner:- home made Sw quorn Lasagne

Snacks:- muller and mugshots
 
Didnt do today as normal so had.,.....

Green day

Breakfast:- x2 weetabix (hexb) Milk (hexa) sweetner,

Lunch:- quorn minted lamb grill, potatoes, parsnips, cauliflower, sweetcorn, green beans and broccoli, x2 yorkshires (4syns) and gravy (x2) with mint sauce mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Dinner:- Pasta home made sauce and cheese (hexb)

Snacks:- muller, strawberries, blackberries and banana.
