    Morning all

I thought it might be a nice idea to start a thread of our favourite recipes, I did weightwatchers a few years ago and have forgotten most of the foods I used to eat so am really looking for some yummy recipes - breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.

My fave at the mo is potato and vegetable soup - really yummy when it is a bit dark and dismal outside!

    720g peeled potatos chopped
    2 leeks sliced
1 large bag of slice carrots (I used tesco market kitchen range, really cheap and already chopped and peeled)
    3 vegetable stock cubes

Chuck all the veggies in a pan, cover with water to just over the top, pop in the stock cubes, bring to the boil and then simmer for about 45 minutes so that the potatoes start to dissolve in the sauce.

This works out to 8 points for the whole pan which fills 4 bowls - so only 2 points per bowl.

I had two bowl fulls for my tea a couple of nights ago and was full as a bean.

Looking forward to seeing your recipes.
